The first option is Medi-Cal. The website is a bit clunky, but has tons of information. Here’s how to apply.

The next option is Covered California provides health insurance plans. You can enroll for Covered California if you’ve had a qualifying life-event, like losing your job,
Another option is COBRA, but this can be a prohibitively expensive option especially when you’ve lost your income. But, it’s a continuation of your current health care plan.
